  • Prices are final at checkout
  • Prices are not adjusted for market fluctuations after purchase
  • Nebü is not responsible for any change in value after purchase

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & VERIFICATION

All orders are subject to:

  • Payment clearance
  • Fraud screening
  • Identity and address verification (where required)

Nebü reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Request additional documentation
  • Cancel high-risk transactions

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipping is governed by the Nebü Shipping Policy

  • Delivery requires mandatory signature
  • Delivery is restricted to verified addresses only
  • PO Boxes and forwarding addresses are not permitted

5.1 Transfer of Risk

After delivery:

Nebü is not liable for:

  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Damage

5.2 Delivery as Proof of Fulfillment

  • A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the courier constitutes:

Full fulfillment of Nebü’s obligation

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are governed by the Refund Policy

  1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  2. Items must be:
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging with COA


6.1 Strict Conditions

Any sign of wear or handling beyond inspection:

8. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK

Nebü will actively dispute all chargebacks using:

  • Delivery confirmation
  • Signed proof of delivery
  • Customer communications
  • IP and transaction data
  • Identity verification records

8.2 Fraudulent Claims

The following will be treated as fraud:

  • Claiming unauthorized transaction after receiving goods
  • Claiming non-delivery after confirmed delivery
  • Attempting to exploit policies

8.3 Legal Action

Nebü reserves the right to:

  1. Pursue civil recovery
  2. Recover:
  • Transaction value
  • Legal costs
  1. Report to:
  • Payment processors
  • Authorities

8.4 Account Restrictions

  • Block accounts
  • Refuse future transactions

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
