Refund policy

At Nebü, each piece is crafted from investment-grade precious metals and priced in line with live market conditions. As such, all sales are subject to strict terms reflecting the intrinsic value of the metal, manufacturing process, and associated market risk.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided:

  • Production has not commenced
  • The order has not been fulfilled or dispatched

Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee
Once an order has:

  • Entered production
  • Been manufactured
  • Been dispatched

Important: As Nebü products are manufactured from precious metals purchased at live market prices, production commits capital immediately and cannot be reversed without loss.

2. Returns Eligibility (Strict 7-Day Window)


  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • To initiate a return email support@nebugold.com


All of the following conditions MUST be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Item must be returned in original Nebü packaging
  • Original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) must be included
  • Item must not show any signs of wear, handling beyond inspection, alteration, or tampering


Zero Tolerance Clause: Due to the nature of precious metals, any indication of wear or handling beyond initial inspection immediately voids eligibility for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)


The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items
  • Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered
  • Items not returned in original condition and full packaging
  • Items missing COA or original documentation


4. Return Authorization & Process

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Nebü
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Nebü may require:

  • Use of a specific courier
  • Additional verification before accepting return shipment


Customer Responsibilities:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Full insurance of the shipment
  • Proper packaging and secure dispatch

Nebü accepts no responsibility for:

  • Items lost in transit
  • Uninsured shipments
  • Returns not received


5. Assay & Verification (Mandatory)

All returned items are subject to a mandatory assay and inspection process, including:

  • Metal purity verification
  • Weight verification
  • Condition assessment

Timeline:

  • Up to 7 business days from receipt

Rejection Conditions

A return will be automatically rejected if:

  1. Item does not match original specifications
  2. Item shows signs of:
  • Wear
  • Damage
  • Alteration
  • Tampering

Rejected items will be:

• Returned to the customer
• At the customer’s cost

6. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Non-Refundable Costs

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Insurance costs
  • Payment processing fees
  • Any third-party transaction fees


Affirm, BNPL & Financing Orders

All financing-related fees (including Affirm) will be:

  • Deducted from the refund amount

7. After 7 Days – No Refunds

After the 7-day return window:

  • Items are not eligible for refund or store credit
  • No exceptions will be made

8. Buyback Alternative

After 7 days, items may only be returned under the Nebü Buyback Policy, where:
Items are repurchased at prevailing metal value less 10%

Subject to:

  • Assay verification
  • Compliance with buyback requirements

9. Market Risk Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Nebü, you acknowledge:

Precious metal prices are volatile and market-driven

The value of your item may:

  • Increase or decrease after purchase

Nebü is not responsible for price fluctuations, and:

No price adjustments, refunds, or credits will be issued due to market movements

10. Delivery & Fulfilment Acknowledgment

1. Delivery confirmed by courier (including signature where applicable) constitutes:

  • Proof of fulfilment

2. Nebü is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Unauthorized receipt
  • Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

11. Abuse & Fraud Protection

Nebü reserves the right to:

1. Refuse any return suspected of:

  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Policy manipulation

2. Reject returns associated with:

  • Chargeback attempts
  • Disputed transactions

Any attempt to:

  • Use, wear, or alter an item before return
  • Exploit market price movements
  • Circumvent this policy

Will result in immediate disqualification from refund eligibility

12. Final Authority

Nebü reserves the right to:

  • Make the final determination on all returns and refunds
  • Refuse any return that does not strictly comply with this policy
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
