At Nebu, we manufacture and deliver high-value, investment-grade precious metal products. Due to the nature of our products, strict shipping protocols are in place to ensure security, compliance, and successful delivery.

By placing an order with Nebu, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All Nebu products are prepared upon order confirmation
  • Orders are processed once:
  1. Full payment has been received and cleared, and
  2. Any required verification checks have been completed.
  • Standard processing time:
  1. 5 - 7 (five to seven) days, depending on product and manufacturing requirements.
  2. Made-to-order products or custom products will be confirmed at point of order confirmation.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  1. A shipping confirmation email
  2. A tracking number linked to the courier provider

2. Shipping Methods & Security Requirements

Due to the high value of our products:

  • All orders are shipped via secure, tracked, and insured courier services.
  • Delivery is restricted to physical residential or verified business addresses only.
  • PO Boxes, forwarding addresses, and third-party logistics addresses are not permitted.

Mandatory Delivery Conditions

  • Signature on delivery is required for all shipments.
  • The recipient must be:
  1. The cardholder, or
  2. An authorized individual at the delivery address
  • Nebu reserves the right to:
  1. Require identity verification prior to dispatch
  2. Delay or cancel shipments if verification cannot be completed

3. Insurance & Risk Transfer

  • All shipments are insured up to the full declared value while in transit.

Transfer of Liability

  • Risk and liability for the order transfer to the customer:
  1. Upon confirmed delivery, as indicated by:
  • Courier tracking records, and
  • Signed proof of delivery
  • Once delivery is confirmed:
  1. Nebu is no longer liable for:
  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Damage
  • Misplacement

4. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Ensuring:
  1. The address is secure and accessible
  2. Someone is available to sign for the delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Nebu is not liable for:

  1. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
  2. Deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Any additional shipping, handling, or recovery costs will be:
  1. Charged to the customer

5. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • The courier may:
  1. Attempt redelivery, or
  2. Return the parcel to Nebu

Returned Orders

  • Returned shipments may be subject to:
  1. Restocking fees
  2. Additional shipping charges
  • Nebu reserves the right to:
  1. Cancel the order and apply applicable deductions

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit:
  1. Nebu will initiate an investigation with the courier
  • Claims will be handled in accordance with:
  1. The courier’s insurance process

  • Nebu is not responsible for:
  1. Courier delays outside of our control
  2. Customs delays or regulatory inspections
  • Resolution timelines depend on:
  1. Courier investigation processes

7. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect both Nebu and our customers:

  • Orders may be subject to:
  1. Identity verification
  2. Address verification
  3. Payment method verification
  • Nebu reserves the right to:
  1. Request supporting documentation
  2. Cancel or refund orders deemed high-risk

8. Chargebacks & Delivery Disputes

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the courier, with valid proof of delivery, constitutes:
  1. Fulfillment of Nebu’s obligation
  • Nebu will:
  1. Provide courier records, tracking data, and proof of delivery
  2. Contest any chargebacks or disputes based on claims of non-receipt

Important Notice

  • Claims of unauthorized transactions or non-delivery, where:
  1. Delivery has been confirmed and signed for,
    will be treated as potential fraud and may be escalated accordingly.

9. International Shipping & Duties (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for:
  1. Import duties
  2. Taxes
  3. Customs clearance fees
  • Nebu is not responsible for:
  1. Delays due to customs
  2. Seizures or regulatory actions in destination countries

10. Customer Acknowledgment Requirement

Before completing checkout, customers must confirm:

“I acknowledge that this order requires secure, signed delivery. I accept that liability transfers upon confirmed delivery and that Nebu is not responsible for loss or theft thereafter.”

Orders cannot be completed without acceptance of this condition.
